answer to 1. no, there are no spoilers to any of the "solid" games in mgs5. But the ending of mgs4 is so weird and polerizing that mgs5 kinda stands in as kind of an apolagy for that game as a whole. when you play mgs 4, then mgs 5, mgs 4 gets an explination of why it's story was good. when you play mgs5, then mgs 4, you get an explination of how freakin good the gameplay was in mgs 5 (and how lackluster the story telling in the game is).
ALSO REMEMBER TO PLAY PEACE WALKER, BECAUSE ONE OF THE PLOT TWISTS RELY'S ON YOU GIVING A ♥♥♥♥ ABOUT THE CHARACTERS IN THAT GAME.
wait you've played tpp episode 1? thats basicly the whole plot of the story, the second half mostly goes about tearing apart that plot and breaking down the player. expect for some of your buddies to go missing.
