I agree. It would be nice, though, if there was still something to do in single player after 100%-ing. Like, i dunno, randomized side ops instead of repeating old ones.
Multiplayer is obsolete imho, there are far better games for that. I play Metal Gear for the gameplay and story.
To add insult to injury, there are no multiple save slots for some reason, despite the fact that Metal Gear Rising has it. Perhaps to avoid griefing in multiplayer? That means if you want to replay the game properly, you need to delete your old save...
Still, it's decent
So here I am already with a lack of emotional attachment.
Personally, I was fine with the series ending after MGS IV, so my expectations for V were not that high to begin with. Not because I thought it will be bad, but I just expected basically more of the same.
I think its a decent game (and although I changed some expects through nexus) I enjoy my time with it. Would not call it a masterpiece, but its a term which is quite overused anyway.
I wished this wasn't the end of MGS saga. I do hope Kojima consider making a stealth game that rival his own creation.
