Not really. There's a sideop you can farm, and you can steal from the women only fobs. Those are generally the two easiest.

legit way, sido ops 28-29-32-34 (i think) 39 (i think) and maybe one or two other side op
or mission 9 (2 female prisoner, one very easy to secure right from the start) mission 14 another female prisoner
mission 23 and 24

I recommend the side op ones because they have the full range of skill available, which is not the case for the ones in missions. even if they all can spawn as S soldier (im talking about the skill not the rank)

And to farm the combat female soldier in mission 23 white mamba, the best is to start on freeroam, then from the ground start the mission 23 (go to the starting point obviously, with d-horse) from that point you just avoid the first guard post to the left and go to the main village, go straight to the prisoner, you might have to tranq 1 to 4 kids depending of your style of play, then go under the boat that trigger a checkpoint (you must not be in combat alert or checkpoint don't trigger) once you triggered a checkpoint the prisoner is in your staff, so restart mission you will start from the mission start checkpoint instead of having to load the mission frm the chopper again, very fast.

Rince and repeat, notice that with this method it will spawn always the same femal soldier, but with random ranks, if you want another female soldier you must abort mission and restart (it's also very fast since you are already on spot)

there's no easy way but here is a way to "farm" female soliders from sideops:

Afghanistan - Side op 29 "Prisoner extraction 3" (Soviet base camp - Asian prisoners)
Afghanistan - Side op 35 "Prisoner extraction 9" (Aabe Shifap ruins - Caucasian prisoners)
Africa - Side op 37 "Prisoner extraction 11" (South of Bwala Ya Masa village - African prisoners)


The stats of these prisoners usually match the stats of soldiers you find in the field, so if you're interested in S-rank female soldiers, you'll have to be fairly advanced in overall game progression (and/or heroism, i don't know exactly how it's calculated).

REQUIREMENTS

To unlock these side ops, simply complete side ops in the same area, and they will eventually become available (provided you have advanced far enough in the game, of course). Be reassured: the whole point of this strategy is that, once you made them available, you never complete them, so you never have to go through the trouble of re-making them available :)

You must have collected delivery point invoices for Serak power plant and Afghanistan central base camp

Equipment-wise, you will only need a stealth camo (the prototype level 4 is good enough and not so costly as the real stealth camo), a sneaking suit, a stats-reading int-scope, and a cardboard box.

HOW ? "THE AUTOMATIC FULTON GLITCH"

Let's take the example of "Prisoner extraction 9", the easiest one.

Go to Aabe Shifap ruins.
Put on you stealth camo (the more you replay the side op, the more comfortable you'll get putting it on late) and run to the prisoner.
Once you're in the dried swimming pool where she is, stop running and crouch or the snipers will spot you (even with your stealth camo on - yes, they're pretty good)
Get prone on the floor of the swimming pool just below her. You can take off your stealth camo and relax.

HERE COMES THE TRICK: If you fulton her (DO NOT!), it will end the side op and you will have to cycle through 3-4 other side ops in the area before being able to play it again. Instead, open your iDroid, select Mission 11 "Cloaked in silence". Screen fades to black, and you get a "prisoner extracted" message :) There you go, you have extracted the female soldier but you're still able to replay the side op. I guess this glitch comes from the programming that allows passengers of your jeep to be extracted with you (they're in your immediate vicinity and get instantly extracted with you).

Once mission "Cloaked in silence" has started, abort mission. You will be sent back to Aabe Shifap ruins. You can replay the side-op a second time in a row. Etc.

IMPORTANT: From where you spawn after aborting "Cloaked in silence", you can see the prisoner with your binoculars. If her stats/skill is not what you're looking for, restart from checkpoint, and her stats/skills will be reshuffled. However, to change the prisoner model, you will have to use the Mission 11 trick again.

TIPS FOR THE TWO OTHER SIDE OPS

"Prisoner extraction 3": On your first run, get the chopper to drop you east of the base camp. Run, take the upper route on the right, this way you will need to put on your stealth camo only at the last moment, when you're getting close to the road inside the base camp. When you're prone next to the prisoner, choose Mission 12 "Hellbound". Abort mission. Run (with stealth camo) to the delivery point, switch to your cardboard box (be sure the guard upstairs is not watching), go directly to central base camp. You will spawn even closer to where the chopper normally drops you. This one side op is the longest one though, because if you want better stats you will have to go outside the base camp to force a checkpoint, or else you'll have to restart from Serak power plant.

"Prisoner extraction 11": When coming from the waterfall and having to turn right in the direction of the hut, stick to the "wall" and the guard tower shouldn't see you even if you're running. When next to the prisoner, choose Mission 13 "Pitch Dark". Abort mission. You will spawn at the exact same place the chopper drops you.

And that's it, folks :)

TL;DR

Never complete a "prisoner extraction" with a female prisoner. Instead, go near her fast (using stealth camo), and start a nearby mission (one that begins immediately, not after reaching an intel box). Prisoner will be instantly extracted along with you, and side op will remain available. Abort mission, and replay the side op at will :)

Ofc My Greatest Secret - deals with this taint; Here's a hint on the realm of FOB - If it looks like they're a girl-only legion but going in your see no girls - they likely have them all on Direct Contract - prevents them from being deployed to FOB afaik.

Also Among other rewards you may recieve female volunteers upon Completing Chapter 1 in full but that's pretty much a 1 time deal. I honestly miss Peace Walker's Way of it: You want a female recruit? Go Search hand-picked volunteers. Also she's not a combat default - but Amber Fox should show up on your roster as female - manually reassign her to use her in battle (I think you get her for completing one of the earlier missions)

ok ive tried getting them with the white mamba mission but . how does that actually work?

extract reach a checkpoint (top right of the screen saying checkpoint with some loading sign) then restart mission (from the menue restart mission)

also what holografix wrote is the best method for other than this particular combat skill type of soldier)

If you don't reach a checkpoint nothing is saved basically, so extracting 50 soldier not reaching a checkpoint and aborting is like doing nothing

@upuaut2 - The White Mamba MISSION - is repeatable; The Side ops are not (easily) repeatible. Just clear the Mamba Mission however you want - either to the next checkpoint, and abort OR you can just abandon the mission via a chopper call/going out of the Hotzone - once you have the quarry - you don't need to repeat the rest of the mission.

You can repeat side ops without hassle by doing the technique that holografix mentioned, it's recommended if you want a a lot of female soldier in a relatively short perdiod of time the legit way.
