One last question, is multiplayer still popular or not?
There is a Metal Gear Solid Fan Club that hosts MGO games one a month I think. You might be interested in checking out their group. Anyone in here with [MGSFC] in front of their name can point you in the right direction. I know of 2, but there are a lot more who participate in their group. The ones I see come here are [MGSFC] R1SK and [MGSFC] Maniac.
As I understand it, many things were thought of that would have been great, but with it taking a 6 year development time, over budget, misuse of funds and a variety of other things that happened around the whole Kojima v Konami fight, a lot of the good ideas didn't get the time they deserved. I think Metal Gear Survive is their answer to not having Coop in TPP.
