Can you specify the Mods? I don't want to be a jimmy, but some mods can carry malware and sometimes really screw your files up, this happened to me but it wasn't as major as your case as it seems.
Did you try uninstalling and reinstalling yet? Some mods replace key files in MGSV and when removing without back-up files, it can crash or not start-up as well.
Also, i did do the restoration/backup through snakebite. Well, after that integrity verification. That actually replaces the modified files to default. It didn't download or replace anything.
Textures, sneaking suit, retextures might be the case, I've used all your other mods, sometimes together and updated in realtime.
Incompatible mods you uninstall might be the version of your PC or game, etc...
but uninstalling them won't do anything unless you've already were (somehow) able to use them in-game. This means those mods are being interrupted by other mods or the version and typically cause problems when started up together which may be the issue.
Ok, i found the culprit. It was an fov config file that wasn't letting it start. Removed it, and the game runs now. I got all infuriated coz i used to play it on my laptop in 2017 with the fov mod, but now i bought it on this account just today, and it refused to work with it. Let's hope other mods work with the current version of the game.
Thanks for your quick support though. :)
Well, that's the reason for any and everything, isn't it...
Yes, thank you for your inputs!
