Is she special or something i heard something about it being a console preorder or steam release character? I stole her of some dudes FOB just because she looked cool with a tattoo Lets hope the guy doesnt invade me back to get her back

I got her early in the game, maybe the definitive edition give you these soldiers? weak stats though.

Yes i read about them Defenitive gives acces to all the Unique Pre Order Characters but since i got the standart version back then i was only given some of the unique ones. Atleast i can still aquire them i am legit very happy about getting her because i like unique soldiers.

Also about the stats i dont mind them since they gona upgrade the more you play a character

You can play as Ivory Skull and earn two medals. Completed 3 story/fob missions for one medal, and use her to defend your fob and make sure you kill the invader by yourself, or fulton extract, thats two medals. Two medals is max for female staff, no way to get the third one legitimately, impossible by any means.
