Removed African Village Mission Theory

So I know everyone has known about the deleted scene from MGSV that was in the E3 2014 trailer, where Venom snake walks around the burnt down African village filled with corpses and then falls on his knees and screams to the sky, well My theory is that it was the original concept for shining lights what I think happened was that Venom was originally meant to eliminate an innocent African village, due to them being infected with the vocal cord virus and making Venom have to go in and kill every one, what ensues is Venom being overpowered by the village's locals wanting to stop him causing Diamond Dogs to fire bomb the village, causing the village to be burned and Venom being knocked unconsious when He wakes up He begins walking out of the village but breaks down and screams realising what He has just done, now just apply that to mother base and change a few plot points and boom you have the mission shining lights what I think happened was that they were trying to make 2 missons that were gonna have Venom kill people infected with the Vocal Cord Parasite, but the missions were both too similar to each other
so they cut the village mission in favor of Shining Lights due to it having more emotional impact than the other.

It's a shame this mission didn't make it to the final game, but honestly I think they just cuted because they didn't have enough time or resources ;P

If this version of the mission did get approved and published, the game would be rated racist because, as some of us know, Resident Evil 5 had this issue at the start of its sales.

I have a simpler theory.

Mission dispached to this afrikan village.
All Diamond Dogs were killed, there is also a knocked out tank in that scene.

Snake goes there to see what happens, all dead, screems, etc.

Konami is garbage that wanted to realse it sooner, and Kojima wnated to rlease the game even later, so half fo the content is ♥♥♥♥♥♥ lol

I dunno, say what you want about Konami, but on their end they were shelling out tons of money on this game and Kojima was just pissing it all away. The Fox engine was beutiful, the in game assets were in place .... but the story, was so half assed.... I can only assume that the story underwent many re-writes as maybe, new features made it into the game via the Fox engine. But the way Africa plays out, it felt like they were coding the story one event at a time with no over arching story....

I still laugh at the fact that the Russians never bothered to shoot down a unidentified American chopper who, after flying into an area, that area came under attack. As well as filling your base from top to bottom with those soldiers... who wouldn't try and take the place over, or contact the USSR (at the time) for help.
