Snakebite mod manager not loading mods

First time using mods. Wanted to remove the shrapnel from Venom Snake's head. Installed snakebite mod manager from Nexus. Had the manager install the mods to change Snake's appearance. Mods installed without trouble. Used the mod manager to start the game. Mods are not present in the game. I looked everywhere, including the indicated uniforms the mod manager stated would show the changed appearances.

Maybe you need to change tier of outfit if possible?(just a guess)

Make sure the mod itself is upto date

Make sure you follow the mod's install instructions. If the mod you're using is the one I'm using myself (it's called TMWSTW) , you just have to install 2 files with snakebite, 1 for hair and 1 for the arm (if you don’t want the metal arm). Oh, and play offline if you're using mods, meaning don't do FOB missions.

I dont think skin mods will get him banned. Opposing player wont even see such changes

Those are links to the files I downloaded and extracted to the drive. The web page says the "Normal Fatigues" are replaced with the Snake Plissken body mod and ( I assume) the Plissken head mod automatically replaces the venom snake head.

I think the mods are causing the problem. Snakebite was updated 10-30-19. The appearance mods were uploaded 10-6-19; no update to the mods after snakebite update.

The mods load fine when I use snakebite. They just do not appear in the game for some reason.

I dont think you suppose to install all 4 mgsv files.

1 is heads
2 outfits (which replace normal fatigues)

And 3, 4 variations of heads which will conflict with 1 file.

I didn't. Only the plissken head and body were installed.

Try another mod, just to verify that you know what you are doing
