Fulton Extraction failed?

What affects the percentage chance of your Fulton extraction failing?
I'm approaching a heavy gun and it shows in red 0% success. But before restarting this checkpoint I already extracted it no problem.

Is there an object preventing the gun from leaving the area? lol

Just do mission 10 and extract the Cargo+2 guy and you'll not need to worry about extracting that much until you come across objects with obstacles above them.

Just keep playing. You’ll need to develop a better fulton

If it says 0%, don't bother. No need to know why because by time you're nearing the end of the game you can spend all the time you want and fulton everything from everywhere.

I wouldn't worry about one thing right this second. Think long-term.

You need to have a Fulton that can carry heavy objects. Sandstorms also cause the percent to lower, and it has to be outside (no ceiling).
