By the way, here's a little tip: fire all staff that don't have at least an A rank. Once you get a decent amount of men, A++ soldiers will appear in the field - get as many of them as possible. Once you have a huge army of men and are about to run out of space, fire anyone and everyone tha's less than A++ and start farming S-rank soldiers next.
Be careful not to accidentally fire your interpreters, though. I'm not sure if you can replace them once they're fired.
Same goes for the other specialists.
So if I want to just play offline, I can ignore the number on the right? Or is that like daily GMP or something and I should log in to add it to my stores and then log back out?
Why fire people in advance? Can't I wait till I extract replacements into the waiting area or whatever before firing them?
Also does my mission rank have anything to do with how high the soldier ranks are, or anything else? Because I just get Cs and Ds (only did the 2 main missions though so far.) I'm no perfectionist or achievement hunter, and I don't want to restart the mission every time I trigger an alarm.
However, you should keep specialists until you find a suitable replacament, else you'll lose functions/upgrades.
Also avoid firing the whole MB, you don't wanna downgrade it. As the level of the departments and number of recruits also affect the rank.
Don't get to attached to your recruits, as in end game you'll be filling your MB with S ranks (S++ if you play FOB).
The question of what the "Online GMP" is remains. Is it something that will be added to my stores if I log in, or is it just the non-synched GMP that will be replaced with my local when I log in, or something else?
The game steals your GMP and ports it over to online. The only way to access online GMP is to connect to the internet.
It’s ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, but that’s how it goes. The reasoning behind this is to allow other players to steal your money and resources.
Most likely, yes.
I've also being firing troublemakers as soon as they get recruited since I hear they're trouble.
