Fultoning mother base staff?

Basically i was screwing around and i was wondering: what happens to staff on mother base when you fulton them? will they just be put back after a while? wanna know because my favorite part of the game so far is a̶b̶u̶s̶i̶n̶g̶ ̶m̶y̶ ̶s̶t̶a̶f̶f̶ ̶m̶e̶m̶b̶e̶r̶s̶ raising morale and fultoning my unconsious mb staff.

Q: What happens when you fulton?
A: They're carried away by a passing flying vehicle and dropped on motherbase for your staff to take into custody and put in the brig till they agree to become a Diamond Dog.

It's safe to say, that if you fulton someone who is already a Diamond Dog, they'll all have a good laugh at the guy who Big Boss just showed him his @$$ when he's dropped back onto motherbase.

so after a short while the unlucky sap (saps) will just laugh it off and return to their posts without me needing to re-assign them? nice.
i know it is ultimately pointless to do it. but it's a fun kinda pointless. big boss can just be a ♥♥♥♥ to his men, and his men just smile and take it in stride.
though in all honesty with my choice in helicoptor music (loud nigra rainbow ride magic missile BEES, if you are wondering.) i honestly think behind my back my staff are questioning my leadership skills.

and this is why venom snake is best snake. guy could punch you in the face with a rocket-powered prosthetic fist, blair obnoxious music over his speakers, fulton you just for the hell of it, but you cant be mad at the guy. THATS charisma. i dont know which is better: boss's charisma, or the ♥♥♥♥ his staff is trained to put up with when the boss is clearly being shown, in my case, as a caligula. either way, my staff are iron butt monkeys.
say what you will about the story(i know of the games biggest twists and plot before even playing it.). the gameplay is the best the series ever had. id have LOVED remakes of mgs 1-4 using the fox engine. sadly, with kojima gone, and konami pretty much wishing we hate them, thatll never happened.
i might not have been a metal gear fan til recently, i was a fan of castlevania. so i feel the pain of metal gear fans. ;w;

A Motherbase Staff member’s letter to home:

“Big Boss made the whole battalion dress in swimwear this week. It was an especially cold week what with the strong winds blowing off the ocean, but he insisted we wear them for the ‘tactical advantage’ of being more agile. I saw him grab some female staff member’s ass followed by slamming her face onto the bulkhead, but she got back up and took it with a smile. Later that day, I found myself suddenly waking up after being unconscious, and I saw that the boss decided to pile us all up into a naked bunch. It was then that he had began to charge at us while wearing a box... he slammed through us like bowling pins for 20 minutes straight...

I know for a fact that if I fulton 3 staff members in a row I die and respawn at MB...

If I only fulton 2 members I get away with it...

If I only land one hit I can hit as many members as I see fit and get away with it...

ive been fultoning using the upgraded wormhole device. which always succeeds. .w.

I don't have the wormhole device yet so I can only fulton with the good old balloons... and the 3rd fulton with the balloon consistently punish me...
