MGSV The Definitive Experience key doesnt work
Just like the title says, i bought a steam key for The Definitive experience, but whenever i try to add the game with that key a message appears telling me i need to buy the game first. Anyone knows how to fix?

The Definitive Experience is just the collection of DLCs... It does NOT include MGSVTPP nor GZ...

The key comes from HB, but u decided to buy on a reseller site... Bad choice.

I bought the definitive collection and it came with the TPP and GZ along with all the TPP dlcs

I've got this same issue, a buddy of mine got a key for it, gave it to me, (the beautiful bastard) and I checked on Steam, and the definitive experience DOES come packaged with both GZ and TPP. By that logic, I shouldn't NEED the games before getting it. It's NOT just a DLC, it's a complete package. I feel like the product is just mistagged in the system or something like that.
I'm having trouble directly contacting Steam support with this issue, so my best bet is to see what the community has to say. Any advice on how to navigate Steam support to actually get into contact with someone?
