It´s really stupid you can´t shoot tires to make it stop. And the glass must be made with a mixture of adamantium because no glass can take so many hits from an assault rifle and not break. FFS
except you can't have both DD and D-Horse at the same time making D-Horse functionally useless.
nobody has mentioned D-Dog and at any rate it takes all of a minute to parachute him out and send in the horse. yes you loose all the DD detected enemies but all you have to do is spot them w your viewer to permanently keep track of them. at any rate you aren't really going to need D-Dog once the skulls fight happens, he's entirely useless in that fight.
I found this mission to be a tedious grind of a boss fight but if I ever did it again I believe Quiet can nail the Skulls efficiently from cover with an unsuppressed, non-tranq SR.
