how can i get rid of all the blood on my face ?

I am aware it is Demon snake but how do i stop this, i didn't really kill anyone since the 3rd mission and im finishing the 6th one now. Do i need to fulton everyone or something like that to increase my heroism ? Also how do i beat the parasite unit ? :3

It goes away over time. You'll get easy missions like clearing mines and doing FOB missions without killing that pile the good boy points. But the guilt of stealing Africa's natural diamond resources... that will continue to this day... Still atleast the Diamonds go to a good cause, the extraction of Lamb meat to make burgers :D

my beginning time is long time ago, PROBABLY at the first few missions, you will see more blood on your hero face. this will reduce automaticly, (i talk about the beginning time)

in future, to reduce demon points, extarct all you see; all soldiers, all civilians, all animals.
much much later, you will have a dispachted mission, if successfully compleated, will reduce all your demon points at once.

you can kite the parasite under the bridge.

I just took a shower, the blood is gone, guess i didn't kill that many people after all, but why is there blood on me even if i completed a whole mission with nothing but a stun and sleeping gun

Man, really wish this demon stuff could just be disabled completely. Luckily the Infinite Heaven mod allows easy reduction of demon points.

Other than that: To get rid of "normal blood", you don't necessarily have to use a shower. You might as well just stand outside in the rain. :>

It is tedious, but if you interrogate every person before you capture them, you'll get 10 more hero points.

You said you just finished the 6th mission so I don't think you are talking about the demon snake, you just need to take a shower back to base.
You actually don't need to kill anyone. There're always having the non lethal way except mission 0/43/46. About the parasite unit, you can just run away in the very begining of the game untill you have some big guns. I mean even you and the parasite unit on the same bridge but you just crawl forward on the other side of edge they won't locat you.
Please slow your footsteps down, do some side ops or free roam between the missions. Fulton some soldiers and collect some resources. It will help you develop some new equipment earlyer.
