Seeing as everyone is getting the Nuke Disarmament ending, we still arent getting chapter 3 arent we? Konami could just finish what Kojima left with, it wont have that Hideo feel.

Sorry but Konami isn't going to do anything with Chapter 3 because there is nothing for them to gain, except spending more money. Chapter 3 was probably part of the game and was scrapped due to time, budget or story wise. But we will never know unless Konami or Kojima tells us.

Unlocking Chapter 3 by disarming nukes is very likely a ruse used by Konami to fuel the war economy (FOB and MB coins).
