Side Ops 49, Capture the Legendary Ibis
So I wanted to do that and Jackal to get Wormhole.
I went to heli, but then I got nuclear disarm cutscene. I went back to Afghanistan, and the side ops isnt there!

Complete other missions and it'll respawn missions.
You probably que'd it up and 'failed' it. And something else overtook it's spot.
