Okay, the delivery service is actually really amusing. Though most useful in free roam mode. The delivery point invoices. So at larger bases and some key guard posts you may or may not have noticed this small orange platform with some boxes on it. Right? If you haven't you can find all the locations on Reddit, Youtube or other sites.
What you do with these delivery points and their invoices is, when you collect an invoice from that point, it unlocks a delivery point. When you unlock another one, what you can do is if you have a box in your inventory (which you can get as part of your loadout) you equip the box and rest yourself at the delivery point. The action button will pop up and your map will come up once pressed and it will show you the unlocked delivery points. It's basically MGSV's fast travel system that isn't really talked about, but incredibly amusing. Here's a video on Youtube which quickly explains it...

The delivery service is when you use the cardboard box and stand in a certain area. You get a USE button that pops up and it opens up a map and you can select a new location you want to go. You can use the system on Mother Base or out in the field. The first 3 pics shows how it is used on Mother Base. The last pic shows you what the delivery service looks like out in the field. In order to be able to use the system in the field though you have to first "discover" it. See that upside down triangle sign? when you approach one of these at a new location for the first time it allows you to interact with it. Once you've done that then you can travel to that location using the cardboard box for the rest of the game (not just that specific mission). Just be careful when using the ones in the field because some of them are located close to where enemies patrol or stand guard.
