the storytelling is frequently very ♥♥♥♥♥♥, but the thematics of the plot itself are golden.
Yes the story is dumb, but that's because Fukushima is not here anymore to write Kojima story, even if for TPP they were twice more people to write the story (4) while other MGS had 2 people.....
Honestly I prefer MG Survive story, it's more what you would expect except that Survive had a low budget, but i'd rather have a short and complete story rather than a long tedious uncomplete story.
So the story is just an excuse, the main focus was..... yeah Kojima F'ed up that's all ^^
The thing is that Kojima have spent too much time, usually they let him do his thing but here Kojima wanted to create the perfect game, pushing the game back again and again, since Konami is all about bussiness and Kojima was spending too much money on useless stuff while he still got his salary was what started all this.
We will see how long it will take until Sony go bankrupt.
The team focused too much, as well, on explaining the little bits of 'mystery' and 'mysticism' that was left in the game through 'parasites' (rip The Pain being able to control bees because why not). I could let the ESP stuff for Psycho Mantis to pass because, I mean, at least it's trying to give a bit of backstory to a character that's most well known for reading memory cards and making you switch controller ports. As well, the move to, instead of condensing the story and interactions into appropriate conversations with little exposition, put all of the fluff and the stuff that actually makes some sense of everything into exposition tapes was very poor.
Edit: In the end, I'd say it's plainly obvious Kojima was in a rush to wrap up the MG series and explain every last detail it could, leaving little to the players' imaginations.
Edit Edit: Just like MGS4
you see? Don't talk to me, bro. ^^
I just want to hug you because you speak from my heart (the truth). All the hype about MGS V is all because it's "open WORLD" "MORE GAMEPLAY" HUNDREDS OF HOURS TO COMPELTE" is all a distraction from the REAL issues and that is "LACK OF EVERYTHING THAT MAKES MGSV A PROPER MGS AND NOT TO MENTIONED RUSHED TO THE FINISH"
TO WRAP THINGS UP KOJIMA DIDN'T CARED FOR METAL GEAR ANY MORE AND LACKS MANY INCENTIVES TO MAKE IT GOOD OTHER THAN JUST COPY AND PASTE MISSIONS REALLY....
that brings to my very own conclusion that without fukushima kojima is not that great and should not take all the credit for metal gear solid... and that is coming from a kojima fan too
дак зачем же ты тогда вообще что-то в мой адрес пишешь? Не будь ты глупеньким. Но помни, быть взрослым - не значит быть умным.
IS this real? why do you have so memes??
I'm going to call you "the man of many memes"
what does this have anything to do with metal gear solid? loser
ok whatever MMM( man of many memes)
