Why do FOB soldier ranks do not correspond?

Ok i don't know how to explain this but i'll try as best I can.Here goes...
I extraced all of the soldiers from one FOB base, when I scanned them they were all S-S++ no boasters or anything only diplomats and engineers and medics.Also the rank indicator before starting the mission was S-S++.

now here comes the confusing part
when I went to see them on the brig(FOB) their ranks didn't correspond when i scanned them instead they were A-A++.How did this happen?Can someone explain this to me please?

Bonus: Also does the rank indicator ( https://i.postimg.cc/xjt2DZSV/DFHGDHD.png ) correspond to all of the soldiers ranks of an FOB base or is it just some guideline?Because when i visit some FOB bases i find soldiers that either have a lower rank than indicator or a higher.

What name of FOB? If not boasters, it came from cheated FOB. I will explain. Modders like me either use cheat engine to reproduce soldiers or mods. By using cheat u can make soldiers look S++ but A++ when u recruited from brig. I would like to clarify that I didnt intend to do it. I used cheat and someone told me the same case as yours, so I learned and stick to using mods instead, which reproduce LEGIT S++ soldiers.

If the name is Outer Heaven 2, then you got it. I owned that FOB as well, and I decided to keep the cheated soldiers as security guards, that way, my FOB will stay long in SC coz players will not fulton them and instead will go to core to capture legit S++ soldiers.

modifying a++ to s++ will actually cause the game to revert them back to a++ undoing the cheated member from the fob you infiltrated
im assuming its outer heaven's fob
like he is saying above he is going back to using mods to yield s++ in some sort of way which means getting them in singleplayer i presume which is "legit" s++ guy that wont derank to s or a++
a tip for outer heaven would be to use the fulton mod which extracts 100 people on the map instantly which means 100 soldiers in the brig, then using a speedhack in offline mode would mean those 100 will be in his staff list in around 2 minutes when without it would take a few hours

But can you guys answer my question on the rank indicator?

yes but there may be 1 or 2 a+ or a- but if its a wide range like 10 s ranks and a bunch of c ranks then it will be s-c ranks
usually the best is the s+ or s++ on its own but you may find s++ - e ranks which means a mix of s++ all the way to e ranks
so in your picture it will majority be A ranked men

Since you brought this topic into the table, I hope u wont mind me asking. I use fulton3000 mods which can fulton 80 to 100 soldiers from free roam. My main problem is those are all males, so I resort to fulton females from motherbase wargames. But each visit can only get me 36, so i need to do almost 100 visits to fill up all soldiers with female staffs. But that only happens if I let my FOB depleted without assigning guards. If there are guards, maximum depletion would be 650, consists of 500 guards and 150 core staffs.

Any work around to transform those 100 freeroams male to female?

Im not sure about this, but I think the rank indicator pertains to combat rank? If u see higher than A based on the screenshot u provided, and they are not boasters, then I can tell the rank indicator pertains to combat skills, it means u can see soldier with A+ on medical but A on combat.

But lower rank from A I dont think that's possible. Otherwise, my theory might be wrong and that rank indicator probably pertains to highest rank on his skills. But that negates the A+ u see. So you can have only one over the other.

Are u really sure u can see both higher and lower??.

About Outer Harem, I can add my two cents that he uses cheat engine, coz all his female guards have same face, and they have S++ rank on FOB but A++ in actual.

quite frankly i dont know why the community is so desperate for female motherbase members when males have no difference, for me all that matters is the level and rank i.e a high level s++ is better than a low level s++

well when i saw above that rank they were only 2 who were not an A rank one was a B rank another was an A++ rank

You are damn right about it. But well, community composed of majority male players, so the stereotype is still there. Im not saying all male players though. I know a few willing to kill my female staffs coz they hate females.

well 1 was all A++ and the other one was all mixed like B-C-B-D-E-B(I don't remember what his exact skills were but i don't remember seeing any A's)

U need to install infinite heaven mod. But a warning though, u can get banned easily. Take it from me. Thats why my 3 FOBs are for Security challenge only. 2 of them have blank PF rank which means they are banned.
