Where was Ocelot during Peace Walker?
He is not even remotely mentioned the entire game. His last scene was the ending of Portable Ops where he snatched up the Philosopher's Legacy from the two CIA officials at the whitehouse. So just what is he doing during Peace Walker?

He was still a Spetsnaz GRU operative that doubled as a spy for Cipher/The Patriots until he converted to Diamond Dogs after Big Boss and Venom came out of their comas.
