Incorrect. This definitely doesnt play during the cutscene. You are getting confused with the trailer and thats quiets theme. Play phantom limbs and watch the cutscene after you finish the skulls part. Thats the music im on about

I checked it out on Youtube, could be it's not actually a full track, but just a very short one for dramatic effect at that specific moment (when he grabs onto snake's shoulder near the end and gets real serious?) Kind of sounds like it being only a minute or so long. Have you heard it anywhere else in the game? It might not have been been released as part of the sound track for this reason (unless it's a snippet from an actual full track).

P.s.i dont recognize both of this short tracks and cant remember if i heard them anywhere else in game, so in my opinion you will find what you want only in game files

Couldnt find it in here, and i have checked the game file rips that have been released and still no avail
Something tells me it was music that was released ONTOP of voice dialogue instead of background music with the kaz and bb conversation occuring

It wont be easy to find, length is to small

If only there was a way to mute voice volume and sound effect volume like you can in most games. Then you could just screenrecord it
Anyways ive searched lots since this and couldnt find it, im just concluding that its music literally added ontop of the voices i.e when downes and kiefer were in the recording booth it was played then
Guess contacting forssell is a possibility but doubt it will work

you can, just go into the game files or find a boot to actually boot the voice mp3s.

Of course they can always add the music overtop and merge it into one mp3, this is commonly used so- might be
