[HUGE BUG] Can't obtain Challenge Rewards (Help me :L)

So I have finished all of my main missions [Prologue to Episode 50] with an S rank and with all tasks completed but my Challenge Tasks failed to recognize that so did my Steam, and due to that I failed to receive my rewards and my Steam achievement.

I don't know if I did anything wrong, but I did a regular sloppy walk through of the main missions at first then did another walk through but this time getting S ranks and completing all the mission's tasks

I verified the game files and nothing worked, I tried to google this specific bug but couldn't find any results.

the servers are down at the moment, cant connect online, maybe thats why

Okay, Typically when you do a mission.
Especially redo it like I'd assume you would've done. The GMP counter
goes down and turns blue- I watched the video.

It's just my assumption since the game may have not detected the S-ranks unless
you modded or messed with the files in some way.

This is very likely the reason why.

Challenge tasks are an online thing, you have to be logged into the servers to get the "Challenge task achieved" notification to pop.

But don't worry, after the maintenance is over, the next time you log on the challenge tasks will be completed and you'll be able to accept the rewards for them.

My last mission was 2-3 hours ago and I was still connected.
(the video shows my missions including the challenge tasks)

no I didn't modify the game files what so ever, I just downloaded the game and played it.
I read about the blue GMP, I completed each mission at least twice, so I don't think that's related
(I even got Quiet back after episode 45)

You sure? Check if you have the achievement again.

Another way to check is to see if you can develop Naked (Gold)
and Raiden.

If you cannot, then it's glitched or something. Check your Sideops too since important ones may have affect.

I have Naked (Gold) but not Raiden nor Greyfox.
I completed all of my side ops, the ones I completed become active again and I didn't receive the 100% completion on side ops either.

I believe its been bugged, do you know any solutions? anything that can help me out?

Okay, you get GreyFox after completing the game if Im not wrong or it's connected to GZ in someway. But I know everybody is able to get it.

Getting GreyFox indicates you completed the game. So maybe do the last mission or something?

Or generally an Ending mission because you may have glitched it.

Getting GreyFox is number one priority, If you get it then certainly you beat it.
Try looking up tutorials, but fixing this issue might be the answer to your problems
