METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

METAL GEAR SOLID V: THE PHANTOM PAIN

How do I get the nuke ending?
If Im not wrong you have to invade FOBS (atleast 2 or 1) in each ocean area that have nukes and destroy/capture them but since then I haven't seen anybody with nukes - in fact I think nobody does because if you do you'll be pure bait and everybody will invade you.
I have 100% and up heroism so I can invade people with nukes but so far none have came to my notice- can somebody explain to me why this is so and how I can get this ending?

If possible can any of you assist me?

It's got nothing to do with whether or not you've invaded any FOB's, you'd get the scene regardless.

The way to get the scene is for the total number of nukes for the platform to be 0. Disarmament was already achieved not too long ago, so nobody really cares about it anymore.

You're better off just watching the scene on youtube, it's not long and it really isn't all that special anyway.

Just watch it on youtube and imagine you have disarmed over 2000+ nukes : https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=iJDqlsHQX-c

you can't , if you really want that ending you can go disarm 2-3000k nukes.
okay- can somebody equip nukes then?

The nukes in the servers must reach 0 to trigger it.

Not how it works. Nukes aren't something that you can equip and un-equip, if you build it, it's always going to be there. Your nuke tab isn't showing any FOB's with nukes because the nuke tab is FUBAR'ed.

As I said before, the total nuke count has to be 0. According to the nukewatcher page, the Steam version of the game has more than 10k nukes. As the cutscene was already unlocked legitimately, nobody really cares about disarming nukes anymore, so that cutscene is even less likely to be seen in-game than it was before.

Just watch it on youtube if you want to see it so badly.

Greetings,

I think 'legitimately' is a wrong choice of words here.

Thank You

To clarify:
YOU by YOURSELF can't get the no nukes left ending.
EVERYONE playing the game has to have ZERO nukes.

This happened a while back. Since then there has been no effort by the community to get back to ZERO nukes. We all got the ending, so there was no need to get it again. New players will have to wait until the community decides to go nuke free again.

Wont happen , people modded the number of nukes so high that it became a negative number then this triggered the cutscene. You wont see the cutscene ever again

No one modded anything. The server was force-fed fake data until it explosmed from an int32 overflow and went to 0. That's why everyone got the nuke ending in february last year.

Completely random, I played the game for 300 between release and 2017, I just fired the game up the other day, and out of nowhere I got the ending.
