Basically miller is hidden in gwandai so you should kill everyone if you want and look for him manually. He will be in one of the mini building huts

Btw, when I started out I actually died in the hospital twice, once from the chopper and then another one at the corridor by xof guards. So TS is doing good.
when bringing up pathetic arguments like that its obvious who the troll is
that would be like me saying, "oh look a private profile. opinion discarded"
Here's some tips though : tranq pistol is easy mode in the form of a weapon, no suppressor problems other guns have, has a relatively good range and plenty of ammo. It's also a good idea to go out on stealth endeavors at night, kinda a no-brainer but you'd be surprised just how much easier it gets, just use the phantom cigar to skip time until dusk. Another thing to remember is that prone is your best friend, it will be tedious but there's no safer way to traverse quite like crawling in the bushes like vietnamese guerilla in the 50s. Lastly, use your damn tools, I see so many people disregard magazines and knocking like they don't exist when they're the most useful instruments at your disposal, just keep flinging your endless supply of bananas like an angry chimp and haul your dummy thicc ass past all the enemies.
I really doubt that it's "hard" as in mechanically hard, because PP controls relatively fine, with everything being really streamlined and accessible. I think it's more a question of how much time are you willing to spare to perfectly execute your way around that patrol blocking your way. Stealth is tedious and there's no way to get around it, so you might as well get used to waiting for 20 minutes straight to make your move.
