I think you're looking for a different forum. Earliest reference here is 'kikongo killer,' so I'm assuming it's a second-hand meme. also the people who used the posting name seem to have since buried it under a long list of aka's, none of which are any less racist.

Even though I feel pretty bad about laughing it

It makes sense in the context of the original kikongo killer, and I can kind of appreciate the logical leap being made.

I think I've had too many fantasies about murdering white hoods at this point to actually laugh tho.
