Did Ocelot & Miller know about the big boss medic switch?

Did either of them know venom wasn't the real Big Boss?

Ocelot knew from the start because of the Hypnosis Therapy performed on you/Venom/Combat Doctor from GZ and himself to make you/himself THINK he's BB. Miller finds out after you complete the Truth Ending. Also Man On Fire/Volgin & Third Child/Psycho Mantis knows straight away as well since they both meet you at the Hospital and have a "You again... WHERE'S BIG BOSS!?!?!?!!11!!" moment after the hospital.

Wait if he performed hypnosis on himself how did he know it was the medic?

He knew before, but self-hypnosis made him forget.

Wait if he performed hypnosis on himself how did he know it was the medic?

When you try to put him to sleep in the tutorial mission he says "2+2=5" at some point wich is wrong, that way he know that something is wrong, since he is a double agent most of the time he is pretty good at investigating because it's one of the spy duty after all, zam.
