Only way to get rid of it is a mod.

They're different stats, but a lot of the stuff that shrinks your horn will also give you heroism. Google "mgs5 demon points" if you want spoilers about specifically what to avoid.
You wouldn't want to be like Eli, right?
I don't understand. Why are they getting back up if you held them up? Also: Thought they went hostile again if you let your guard (weapon) down. Hmm, hafta try this then. I always just kick them back alert after tranqing them, then I grab them in a chokehold before they get fully back on their feet, (interrogate them), then I knock them back out again with the chokehold. Then I Fulton them the heck outta there to make sure they don't come back. If they're low-level in skills D, or E, then I might try this "holding them up" trick.
My question is, is the Avatar effected by Demon Snake? Like does he get the blood all over him too? If so, I'd probably stick just to using the Combat Unit. Thunder Rhino is badass anyway. (He's the guy with the godlike stats that you pick up from Mission 3 I think.) He's also the only male NPC that doesn't look ugly as sin. And he has a unique face that no other NPC shares.
I find it easier to just fulton everyone at the base save u a lot of trouble later on some mission. Especially the HELLBOUND mission.
