Difference of defintive editition from the full game

I saw on steam that the definitive edition is cheaper than the full game and it has skins and dlcs included and with ground zeroes and phantom pain. So if I will buy the definitive edition, can i play phantom pain as well or is this just for skins?

the definitive is include all the DLC for Phantom Pain and MGS: Ground Zeroes, as for the game itself it's not different in terms of graphic and gameplay, it's just a bundle with a better price, and also buy it on sale (i just buy it on autumn sale).. and you can play the whole full game (GZ and TPP).

i just bought the deffenitive edition at it's base\normal price of $39.99 USD which just so happens to be the same price as getting the base game with dlc or GZ.

There's no reason to buy just the base game anymore. I don't even know why they're selling it when the Definitive Version is the same price when not on sale and comes with free stuff.

Also little point in buying the definitive over the original too, all the DLC is for MGO only and you have to wait for a specifc group of people to come online because the playerbase is so low, I believe it's americans?
The skins are useless too.
This is of course that you own ground zeros which, in my opinion lost it's appeal once MGSV came out.

The skins are useless too.

The only good one is the Boss's sneaking suit since it's a cheap option for female combat staff. Still, it's better to have the DLC than not have it, right?
