as volunteers are RNG it is not really correct to see one video and tell how it works, you need few, I am lazy to record that now as I am rusty at playing high level FOB's so you'll have to take my word for it and I have no reason to lie

Almost always when there is a chance I get at least one S+, half the cases is 2 S+ and one S++. I do not really pay attention to anything lower than that

in any case video would not be really helpful as I doubt anyone would be insane enough to play just to get more heroism. Easier to steal them plus there is a chance you will steal S++ girl where volunteers are always guys.

again, it is pretty old, I should have about 150 more S++ now. And with about 300 new infiltrations, more than half of them being event FOB's or some low level BD platforms I invaded to get precious metals for new equipments and abusing the Security Challenge rewards I think math fits in there.
I did farm for S++ but not really too much as I played for nukes mostly
