accidentally deleted TPP_GRAPHICS_CONFIG...is there any way to get it back? help please!

need this file to unlock the framerate but validating my game doesn't do anything. Thank you

Try running the game? Normally games create cfg files on running.

That's messed up.

Well if you have an undelete program you can recover it, being freshly deleted and all it should be on your drive yet. There a number of free programs that can do it.

You can have someone mail or upload the file for you i tried google and cannot find any uploaded files though.

I meant reinstall the whole game. Delete your local files and download/reinstall the whole monstrosity. Not trying to sound like a jerk, mind you. Just saying that if you have this much trouble and you can't get a file restoration program for deleted files, you might as well delete the whole game through Steam and reinstall it.

dont worry you're not being a jerk. is there a way to delete absolutely everything MGS V related through steam or do i have to do it manually?

Right click on the game as it's displayed on the list on Steam, then delete local content.

Graphics maxed out + framerate unlocked. If you change graphics settings, you'll have to re-unlock the framerate though.
