Any way to skip the filler?

Either you do 2 of these repeat missions, or 6 or so side-missions ( I'm not sure of the numbers anymore ) and completed all yellow side-missions if you havn't already - to unlock mission 46. Mission 45 being unlocked if you have maxed bond with Quiet.
Well I don't remember the details but the important thing is you gotta do the filler to unlock mission 46 and mission 45 has things to do with Quiet.
