Quick question about the Tough Guy skill

Lately, I've been using soldiers with Tough Guy to steal resource containers from FOBs. I always go in loud, killing tons -- if not all guards in the process, so the extra health is helpful. My original go-to tough guy was male, but I recently got a female tough guy with slightly better stats, so now I'm using her. However, I feel like I need to duck out of firefights more frequently when I use her.

So my question is... do females have lower base health?

The stat distribution between sexes in Peace Walker was so lop-sided that all your medics and most of your cooks would eventually end up female, while 99% of your combatants would be male. It was very noticeable. Thankfully, the stat distribution in this game doesn't appear to be based on sex. But that doesn't mean there aren't hidden values that I'm unaware of.

It should be the same, unless someone looking at the code tell us otherwise I hardly notice any different, maybe it's the enemy security guard with different combat rank, higher combat rank have better weapon accuracy and we gets shot more often. But about the female staff being smaller and have smaller hitbox, maybe, maybe they are harder to hit during pvp.

Well something that bother me is the health status, below a character you see if he his injured and such, when you are persuading someone that stat is just a green health bar that rise, so maybe the health status is the basic health someone as, then combat stats is a damage % reduction, tough guy adds more damage % , so if your female soldier as less health that your guy maybe that would explain why, zam.
