Just be warned that seriously modding Metal Gear or any other similar game is a one-way street. Once you start, you're commited to playing Offline from that point onwards. Otherwise you'll potentially be banned, and worse you may seriously effect other people's FOB gameplay. The only way to cross back over is to delete your Save Data, Clean Reinstall MGSV, and then begin afresh.
I play with a pack of scripts that slightly skew/alter the gameplay, so I play solely Offline. That means I'm missing out on FOBs, but for me that's an acceptable cost. I never really got into them anyway, and I'd rather have my PVE tweaks than access to PVP that I don't really enjoy.
