How to do mission 29?

Like up till now ive only been using a stealth build then suddenely i have to kill 4 skulls and they soak up all my damage :(

Use cheat engine and give yourself infinite health, since you already have a VAC ban you have nothing to lose, if you want a legit way wich I doubt, you can try to figure something with the tools you have, play it smart..... well if you can, zam.

Yeah sounds like using your brain was not an option, you know at some point you can't afford to have your hand hold every time something sounds difficult, and sure you may not even understand that you are not Big Boss or that Quiet leaves but cheating is never the answer, zam.
