Provided you spend time doing events every single time they cycle them, you can get all the camos if you missed them the first time they came out.

What I said is also correct about all three swimsuit types.

THe swimsuits take stupidly long to develop. Five days or something. Normal Camo outfits are like five minutes.

How many missions must I do to unlock those costumes

That depends on the event that is running, skulls attack is the quickest to go though, with bound dragons being the one that takes up the most time. The total amount of points you get per run is also different for each event. Camos/swimwear are 7200 points each, so you just multiply the amount you don't have and need to spend the points on and do the run amount you need to get them. Also don't forget the S++ staff

The outfits, blueprints and anything else you can get with Event Points are on a cycle. They will all come back again. You can start doing them any time after Mission 22 in the main game. Mission 22 opens up FOB and that's when you can do the events.

No, that list would be a mile long if they did that. It just rotates through them. The only exception is when they do add new ones like the Gob Suits and Meg suits that were added back in Aug. They seem to be added to the rotation as they see appropriate.
