C: is only used if you installed to C: The proper way to word it would be.....
<STEAMPATH>\userdata\<your32bitSteamID>\311340\remote\TPP_Game_Data
STEAMPATH being wherever you installed Steam to, which could be anywhere
your32bitSteamID being whatever your 32 bit Steam ID is, which is different for everyone
However, if you have the Definitive Edition the game saves to 2 different locations. The other location being....
<STEAMPATH>\Steam\userdata\<your32bitUserID>\287700\local\TPP_GAME_DATA1
I believe this has more to do with being able to export from GZ and into TPP.
Both save files are the exact same, so you only need to backup one of them. However, when you restore a backup you want to restore the one located in the 311340 folder. Another option when restoring is to delete both files then you can restore any one of them and the game will use it. It will save to the other location when you hit a checkpoint or otherwise saves your game. If you really want to be double safe about your restore, you can restore to both locations, but it's not really needed. I do find it a bit more comfortable to restore to both locations or delete both files to ensure the game doesn't pick up something from the wrong file, but that's just me.
