Early farming tips for Fuel Resources

I am right now at mission 13 and all base facilities at level 3 except command platform which is maxed. I am in dire need of fuel resources as the next ranks need 48k each. I am just doing rounds in the desert but they aren't balancing supply and demand.

You should regularly raid the Supply Outpost, Central Base Camp, Smasei Fort, Wakh Sind Barracks, Kungenga Mine, Bwala ya Masa and the Airfield. There is quite a bit of fuel in these location.
Also you should upgrade your base development team, the higher rank the team, the more resources they can mine and process.

Cycle through the missions youve completed already from start to finish. Spend twice as much time in them you have previously and make sure you pick up all the little resources as well. They are already processed and if left neglected can hurt you overall. The first time you pick up any of these small resources they will be a minimum of x300. This means that when you trigger a checkpoint those resources will immediately dump into your pool. Chances are you spent too much resources on weapon development/base expansion early (like I did)
