2. You never have to reacheive, once it's ticked off, it counts towards the overall game completion. There are some missions where it is not possible to achieve all objectives in the same run and must be done multiple times to achieve all of the objectives.
3. Yes and no. You can get more by fultoning animals, but once you achieve S-Rank, objectives are purely an if you want to do them thing, then do them. Otherwise, it doesn't matter much. There is a hidden bonus called No Traces. This can be accomplished by doing a mission total stealth without firing a shot or using any weapons of any kind. Not causing an alert. Not even soft alert if I remember correctly. No Traces is exactly that, absolutely no trace you were even there. Some missions are easy to do, some are harder, but if you can do it, it offers a huge bonus to the overall score for the mission that it far outweighs 1000 times over what you may get from any one objective. If you go for no traces, ignore the objectives and focus on no traces, unless, of course, it's an objective that can still be done while meeting the No Traces requirements.
4. Yes you can fulton the commander on subsequent play throughs. It will only affect your save in that this time around you will have the commander in your brig. Think of replaying it more as going back in time and doing it a different way. You get to keep what you did the 2nd time around. Or like me the 45th time around.
LOL, I quit counting many times ago. I have no idea how many times I've been through them. Some more than others. I know I've only done A Quiet Exit 3 times. I avoid it like the plague.
