Black screen on start-up *SOLVED*

Since the latest update I've been constantly getting a plain black screen whenever I start the game and I can't close the game, neither open other programs, Alt-Tab, F4 the game -- anything.
Literally, all I can do to save myself from this error is to manually shut my machine from the power button.

I've never had any other problems with this game, until this latest update rolled.
The game doesn't seem to be playing in the background, as I don't hear any sound, I've waited for 15~ minutes, but with no solution. The only thing I can do is hit the Win button and the mouse shows up - that's it.

Is there a fix to this? Is it a known error? Can anybody else confirm they're having this too? :(
It's so frustrating 'cause I can't even re-boot the game without restarting my system entirely.
I'm not having any issues with GZ, or any other game in fact - only TPP.

This happens about 60~70% of the times I launch the game, most of the times it's this inevitable black screen, and sometimes it just launches the game normally.

Overlays can cause this, if you are going to use something like msi gaming app try turning the game on after several seconds later after minimizing it

Geforce expirience caused this for me. not sure why that crap was installed on my pc in the 1st place but yah.

Disabled Steam overlay for TPP, as well as NV overlay - and it solved nothing unfortunately.
I just re-disabled NV overlays again, with no solution once again.

I only use Discord and it's never been running in the background when I play TPP.
Also, it's overlay has been disabled.

All other programs apart from Steam are always closed when I start/play the game, including browsers.

Reinstall \ update drivers and DirectX
Check system tray & background
Temperatures

Apparently, changing the helipad / location fixes this issue.
I just returned to the ACC and restarted the game 3 times and it launched normally, so I think this is the solution, haha...

60. But I've locked it @30 in-game since I play on High Settings, not getting solid 60FPS, ehnce 30-locked runs smoother.
