Not mentioned anywhere in mgs series how big boss lost his arm and replaced it.
How can it be possible?

And? The PS4 and the xbox one, regardless of version, are just AMD APU based systems you plug into your tv. They're all built on six year old architecture that has nothing remotely to do with the original architecture MGS2 was designed to run on.

but they re released the hd collection and the mgs1 and 2 ports run worse than their pc counterparts even sold as next gen .

The HD versions of the PS2 titles are done in software emulation. They weren't rebuilt for the different architecture.

Raiden wear heels because he use them to use the sword with his feet.

Venom Snake never went rogue, and he did not build Outer Heaven.
You should listen to the Truth tapes, Ocelot explains that the Real Big Boss went into hiding to create a nation of Soldiers, than the credits said that Big Boss created Outer Heaven.

Venom snake at some point merged Diamond Dogs with Outer Heaven, and took command of it because Big Boss was commanding FoxHound to cover himself.

You forget Venom snake actually sent him on that mission. and he wasn't supposed to succeed.
And he didn't go rogue, he did what he was supposed to do.

yes you can get a decent emu's for most old consoles. Mgs3 even plays ok usein pcsx2 ps2 emu.
One thing i heard about peacewalker though is there was a problem with a boss at the end where you couldnt damage the metal gear
But this was over 3 years ago when i was looking into this so they may have got it working properly now
