Do FOB Event missions. Trade points for the blueprints. Develop them (Takes 6 days to develop) then they'll be where everything else you can wear is. It's just another uniform of sorts.

Edit: Not all of them are available all the time. They rotate every 2 weeks when the Event Mission cycles to a different one.

Yes, Bound Dragons is an Event Mission. The others may be infiltrations, but they are not Events. Bound Dragons is the event...... and I call BS that it's unbeatable. My alt acct is all low rank stuff and I walk through Bound Dragons like all the guys are sleeping on the job. Okay, maybe it's crouch walk.

You want to get through it, make heavy use of STN and Sleep nades. STN can take care of 2 platforms quick and easy. Sleep is for the final platform. If you can't figure it out play more FOB and get that figured out. FOB is way harder than Bound Dragons.

It helped me to watch vids. If you really want... Let me know your loadout and I'll shoot a vid using your exact loadout. If you're not taking STN and Sleep nades with you, then I'd switch to them.

BaseDev with *5 STN, *5 Sleep and *5 MRS-71 with *5 S-1000 STN as backup and a bit of Nocto is all I use to complete all objectives with 30 seconds to a minute to spare. That's not even using Snake. I'm using the Athlete from The War Economy.
