How to downgrade to 1.10?

I want to play with a mod called "Infinite Heaven" although its only compatible with 1.10.

Is there any way to downgrade my game to that version? Or can I never use that mod? The only reason I bought this game on PC is so I can use mods...

Um.. it's already been updated and compatible with the latest update.. Which is 1.10 in menu, but 1.0.12.0 in the mgsvtpp.exe. You don't have to downgrade at all.

I guess that's your best shot, download pirated version 1.10, swap it in your steam library and disable updates

Okay so I booted up the game this morning to find out I was being a huge idiot, I had to get past the first mission where you rescue miller then hold down square (im using a ps3 controller) in the chopper to be able to activate the mod. Even though I'm at 1.12 I can still use the mod after rescuing Miller, so thats neat.

Yeah I know that now, but I didnt realize it when downloading it since on the main page it said it was for version 1.10
