Some good ones that have no chance whatsoever of getting you banned since they don't affect online in any way:
- The Man Who Sold The World (A must if you prefer GZ Big Boss' model)
- Any model swap in general, such as Ocelot or Quiet appearances over Snake//DD staff
- Infinite Heaven (It deactivates itself for online, so it's safe, has lots of fun options such as random skulls attacks, armored vehicle patrols/foot patrols in free roam, appearance settings (allows you to put on cosmetic gas masks and the likes, force open side ops if you want to repeat them, no more/shorter helicopter rides and so on)
- Morbid's Side Op expansion pack (Several dozen new side ops, relatively challenging as most of them have fully armored/riot suit geared bases to infiltrate, also has fun side ops like finding stray animals on motherbase)
- Cure Asthma for Female Staff (No more wheezing like they're about to die from sprinting for 2 whole seconds)
- I would have recommended the FOV mod but it broke with the new update sadly

As for graphics I'm personally using:
- I can't believe it's not reshade
- 4Y4N's GFX mod (although I customized it a bit because the sharpening was way too high for me)

They're meant to work together and the results are very nice I find ! Some random screenshots (I have Depth of Field disabled, don't like it):

Infinte Heaven deactivates when you go online to FOB's, so why would it matter if someone is or isn't banned? smh.
