Mission: 23 The white mamba: Extreacted the White Mamba without giving him the opportunity to ressist

I've been playing this mission like 5 times every time i snipe him with my Sleep Dart sniper he just jumps of the chair and screams contact. I've been watching videos and they did it. How do i do it?

After taking out all of the children, climb to the top of the ship. Hold ctrl to do it quietly, or use sneaking suit.
Once you are on the top, head towards the side closest to the water. Shoot a dart to the floor. Eli will check it out. Drop on to him. No need to press anything, just drop down.

the simplest approach is fully charged stun arm (an instant ko)

Yeah, I believe there may have been a patch or a bug to do with that. It isn't possible to shoot Eli whilst he's in his chair. You just have to wait for him to be moving around the ship, or just bait him into moving with a magazine clip or something, then you can shoot him.

He does walk on the opposite side of the ship for a very brief period, perfect time to snipe him or maybe throw some sleep grenades all over the place
I believe he walks around the ship when it starts to rain as well (top level of the ship)

Just don't get spotted, if you hear a horn, then restart from checkpoint.

Just take Quiet with you with a tranq sniper riffle, she will go snipe him right away and take him down in under a minute. Honestly she must hate Eli because even when I tell her to scout another area to stop her from going to Eli she just ignore me and go straight to the brat, ignoring everyone else. I'm telling you she hates his guts.
Lazziest and easiest way to get Eli without allowing him to fight back.

Sneak on him, he patrols the ship, shoot his head with sleeping pistol, wait and all children will leave the area. Done. Easy as F##K.
