Increasing buddy bond with side missions???
Does the buddy bond increases if you do side missions with them?

Yes, keep using their commands, etc. It should increase your bonds.

D-horse last 10% bond seems to take forever but worth it cause you can make Agro! :D

One of the things that levels D-Dog's bond % pretty fast is every time you get in the chopper, zoom in and stare at him for 5 seconds. Didn't take long at all to get to 100%. That, and creating a couple of tiers of equipment for him is all it took for me, doing mostly side missions. Haven't spent much time with D-Horse though.
