Diamond Dogs Cheek Tattoo?

Guys, thumbing through my staff lists has 10-20 staff members with sweet diamond dogs cheek tattoos...how did they end up getting those? I have tried things and now I don't know.

Actually they are special soldiers you got because, prob, you bought the bundle.

yeah, there are 4 pairs of them, female & male counterparts. Team Canine, Hound, Fox, and Skull. Fox and Canine are from the GZ save data transfer and Skull and Hound are from the Definitive Experience version. they look really cool and i'm always on the lookout to fulton them. i have all of them except for the Hound Team.

You can also get them from FOBs with soldiers that have been edited by cheats. That's how you can get multiples like that. I've gotten weird ones from that before like the bloody guy from the quarentine mission and a second Kojima.
