You can visit your FOBs or train there but you don't really get anything.
Combat platform gives a bit of haoma as well as one other that escapes me now.
Medical gives a fair bit of haoma and lutea plus all other plants.
R&D gives a tonne of wormwood and black carrot.
Intel gives golden crescent and something else as well.
Support and base dev only give mineral resources, fuel and minor metal respectively.
Command platform gives a balanced selection of all materials and plants, but focuses on biological resource.
You should be able to see where they're at though. There's 4 platforms for each unit, which platform specifically and where on the platform is what I'm going for.

For an actual list of obtainable resources, it's best for you to find out personally.
FOB stuff, not likely to find out personally. 1. I hate the timer. Gimmer 4 hours and explore that thing every nook and cranny. Give me 17-20 min and I'm dead every time. I'm done trying FOBs.
How to win at FOB:
-Roll, roll and oh did i mention roll? Crouch walk when you absolutely don't see anyone in sight
-Square camo/Battle dress
-Abuse noctocyanin *5
-Throw mags, you'll be amazed how even S++ sniper guards can be fooled
-*7 S1000 Air S for anything within 40m, Lethal Sniper for sniping drones/NL Sniper for guards, Lethal pistol for shooting cameras and sensors
-Dive up stairs
-Your goal is the core. Material containers/extracting security guards should be 2nd in your priority
None of that addressed giving me 4 hours to do it. :) That's the average time I spent on most of the main mission ops my first play through. I hate having time limits and skipped those missions the 2nd time through.
You'll only get better via practise.
Edit:
You don't have to complete all objectives, you just gotta make it to the core. Only two decks, starting deck and the core deck. It's security Lvl 9(!). If you can't manage to tranqualise 3 guards with a handgun, another one with a sniper rifle with a headshot at at least 60 m (2 objectives at once) and to take out 8 guards of silly lvl 9 in total... then I fear this game isn't for you anyway. Wonder how you'd play SP then.
You don't have to make it to the core within 5 minutes... you don't even have to take out 8, let alone all those guards... most points are rewarded for "infiltration successful, no kills, no alerts" = 2,000 in addition to 1,300 for "infiltration successful" followed by 1,010 points for "neutralized 8 security guards" but again: the latter are not needed, just nice to have.
Successful infiltration is all that matters, even when you kill and raise alarms! You have 30(!) minutes to somehow make it to the core without getting killed...!
C'mon, if you can't succeed there, then you simply can't succeed anywhere in this game. Give it a try and keep in mind: you do need to know the layout, hence the best route directly to the core.
Watch it on YT (e.g. 'The Gaminator' has a really nice playlist covering all routes to the cores of all 7 platforms - you just have to learn Medical Platform! + edepot gaming, who covers how to successfully play "Mosquito's Legacy" on several platforms), memorise the Medical Platforms route to the core, practise it and you'll soon learn how much more fun and exciting FOB infiltrations are than any other missions where you can hardly lose anything and therefor don't get other rewards than this boring GMP crap.
