How to access animal conservation platform?

I am several hours and have rescued many animals, but I can't find how to visit the conservation platform.

I have but nothing happens

Sigh. Typical response from him. Haveto have two things.
The game has to have told you that the conservation platform was built, it's a call from ocelot, iirc.
You have to go to the "return to motherbase" option in the idroid while you're in the chopper. THEN you should see an option to press T to switch to the conservation platform.

If you've been fultoning animals, eventually you should just get a random radio call after a mission from Ocelot. Might require youto get to a certain point in the story, though.

Fultoning animals? I've only been using the capture cages, so that might explain it.

Capture cages should do it too, but, yeah. You can fulton bigger animals like sheep, donkeys, bigger birds,etc.

Have you been able to get the white one more than once? I've only seen it during that one mission. Never before or after it. Brown bear is always there. How many different ways can you capture a grump bear with an insomnia complex.

Nah, the white bear is a one time thing because it's a non-repeatable side op.

That's what I thought, but if OP hasn't done it yet, he can take on the big white beast still.

Only non sahalanthropus fight where I've had to call in for a resupply for a single target..

It's been too long, I don't remember doing that, although I do remember standing on a rock and pumping it full of as many tranqs as I could then just waiting the time out till he falls asleep. I don't remember if I called in for more or not.

I ran out, but I had a pretty low rank tranq pistol my first time through.
