Definitive Edition DLCs?

Is there any way to get the DLC that comes with the Definitive Edition (Adam-Ska Special, Black Ocelot Fatigues, etc.) if you bought the game before it came out? Did they even make it for PC? I thought I'd heard something about those DLC being console-only by I don't really know.

The DLC's you find on Steam are the only DLCs that come with DE. They're treated just as if I purchased them. Just search steam for Metal Gear Solid DLC and they all come up. If it's not there, then it's not available in DE.

I bought DE btw and they all show as if I purchased them individually.

I'd swear DE came with the preorder dlc, and that was one of the reasons to get it...

I can't say about that. I only know what I actually got when I bought it. It treated everything individually as if I bought each Steam item one by one, but it gave me all of them. Unless the main game is now coming with preorder DLC's now or it's included in one of the other packages, then it's not there.....

What is something that came with the preorder DLC, I can look for it and see if I have it.

I have the AM D114 and a variety of upgrade paths for it. I do not have the Adam-Ska special though.

Does that say anything for you as it relates to the items you're looking for?

Edit: Although I did look up the other stuff that came out with the preorder and I have those. Wetland box, blue urban fatigues, Personal Ballistic Shield (silver). It looks like the only thing I don't have is the Adam-Ska.

I take that back. I was looking in the wrong spot. I thought it would be with the AM D114, but it's not, it has it's own spot...

Can't say I know for sure what gave it to me. Although, it could have been a behind the scenes thing too since it's not purchasable as it's own DLC.

No, you can't get those without buying the game a second time if you preordered the game before it came out. In order to get those items, you have to purchase the DE. You will get those DLC plus a second copy of Phantom Pain(without the DE items) that you can gift. There is no way to purchase the DLC separately.

If you preordered the game, I believe what you got was a copy of Ground Zeroes, and a few custom soldiers(red hair, yellow hair, green hair) that join you during the campaign. Plus there was a Venom Snake emblem and Snake's Ground Zeroes outfit but that might be transfer bonuses. Been too long for me to remember properly;.

Yeah, all those DE dlc? Those are the previously console exclusive preorder bonuses.

I thought there was something unique about those soldiers when I got them. They were mid-level soldiers A++ I think. They have long been dismissed for S and higher soldiers.
