what are the soviet saying
When a soviet spot you he say something like kakorova or perhaps something close to that as i heard can someone tell me what they're saying?

I'm not sure about that one, however you'll want to pick up all the different interpreters for each language in the game so then you know exactly what they are saying each time (it appears in subtitles).

I don't actually remember, but i think they say "Какого..." which means "What the..."

well i can clearly hea the word i'm looking for at 2:28 but even with an interpret i can't really see what they're saying

Yep, just as I said before. It's written as "Какого" (Kakogo) but sounds like "kakova".

The most interesting about this is that the actors are not russian speakers (well, actually one of them is), but they did a really good job pronouncing their lines almost without an accent.
